I I I I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #03-05-XXX RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT Whispering Pines, and Menkveld North Pines). PREPARATION OF PLANS PROJECT #03-07 (Overlay WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution #03-02-042 on February 11, 2003, fixing a date for a Council public heating on the proposed improvement, to (Overlay Whispering Pines, and Menkveld North Pines) (Improvement Project #03-07) and; WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held on March 11, 2003, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed on February 11, 2003. 2) City Engineer Steve Jankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement.
