Before any further <br />devetopment, please address the following issues: <br /> <br />In Appendix B, please re-check the traffic assignments in Figures 7 and 8. For example, in <br />Figure 8 (PM) the difference /n the through volumes (for with, and without lxoject) on <br />westbound TI-Il0 at Sunfish Lake Boulevard Northwest is 1,065 (3,165 - 2,100). This <br />number also represents thc traffic 6ntcring the development in thc al!re'noon .(PM) from the <br />east on TH 10 (43 percent of 2,480). If flee differences in tt~e Left Tums, and Right 25_tt-ns at <br />P, mmsey Boulevard and Armslrong Boulevard Northwest are added, the result is 779. It <br />appears that there is no accounting tbr 286 vehicles. These figures must be double-checked <br />for accttracy, and any revised traffic information submitted to the address below. Failure to provide three (3) copies of a <br />plat and/or two (2) copies of'other review documents will make a submittal incomplete and delay <br />Mn/DOT's review and response to development proposals.
