The County supports the growth efforts of the City of Ramsey with the development of <br />Ramsey Town Center--this will be an exciting addition to the community! <br /> <br />There are concerns about several issues related to infrastructure capacity, timing, connections to <br />existing portions of infrastructure, and f'mancing of improvements. We suggest that it would be to <br />the benefit of the City and the developer that the County continues to be involved early in design <br />discussions for this important project in Ramsey. <br /> <br />Toward that end, we offer the following comments, but also request time be invested by the City <br />and developer to work with the County on. the infrastructure details proposed for the' development <br />in this AUAR before plans are finalized. <br /> <br />The following are comments from Anoka County Highway Department, Parks and Recreation <br />Department, and Environmental Services Office. <br /> <br />Affirmative Action / Equal Opportunity Employer -187- <br /> <br /> <br />
