Tlxe permit applicant/developer must comply with the storm <br />water management criteria, water quantity and quality, of the Lower Rum River Water <br />Management Organization, LRRWMO. The LRRWMO, being the Local Government Unit (LGU) <br />administering the requirements of the 1991 Wetland Conservation Act, will also be reviewing the <br />Wetland Fill/Mitigation Permit Application to ensure that the requirements of the Conservation <br />Act are met. <br /> <br />-203- <br /> <br /> <br />
