-218- The following official summary of Ordinance #03- has been approved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the Ordinance: It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #03- to grant Centerpoint Energy, an Iowa Corporation, a natural gas distributor, their successors and assigns, permission to construct, operate, repair and maintain in the .City of Ramsey, Minnesota, a gas distribution system, for the furnishing of natural gas energy to the City, its inhabitants and others and to use public ways and public grounds of the City for such purposes.
