Chairperson McDilda stated that having photos with every sample would be overkill, but photos could provide a point of reference in talking about the measures in value. Ms. Kampbell stated that all the photos are in JPG format so they are the property of the City of Ramsey already. Mr. Peterson stated that the photos belong to the city and they can be available on a DVD. Environmental Specialist Bacon asked if the layers could be electronically available. Mr. Peterson stated that it would be in GIS form. Board Member Sibilski asked how many wetlands were upgraded or downgraded after the initial assessment. Ms. Kampbell stated that she could provide a comparison. Board Member Sibilski asked how one small section along the river could change from Preserve to Manage 1. He noted his long term concern that someday that property might be sold. He stated that he would rather see it as Preserve than Manage 1 along the river. Ms. Kampbell explained that the river was split up into sections. She stated the first priority for Bowser that puts the wetland into exception is the vegetation. She stated she would clarify that in the report. Coordinator Anderson stated the reason for the change could be because the area along the Mississippi River abuts agricultural land. Environmental Specialist Bacon asked what the MLCCS categories relate to. Mr. Peterson stated that assuming they were accurate, they would relate to diversity. Chairperson McDilda stated that the primary areas to address in the report would be any time something came back as unavailable and why that is; and, any time there is a sharp transition or deviation from predictions. Board Member Bentz asked if since the city paid for this, there was a way to get credits submitted to government agencies. He asked if this could be used to apply for matching grants or funds. Mr. Peterson stated that it belongs to the city and can be used however they want to use it.
