Gamec
7550 Sunwood Drive NW
Ramsey, MN 55303

RE: Reconstruction of
CSAH 57 (Sunfish Lake Boulevard)
From CSAH 116 (Bunker Lake Boulevard) to Riverdale Drive

Dear Mayor Gamec;

Please accept this letter in regard to the proposed construction of the median
on Sunfish Blvd and Hwy 10; CSAH 57.

I and the other owners of Sunfish Commons worked with the city of Ramsey
and our project was approved in the spring of2000. At the time of approval,
there was no mention of a median to divide the Highway and blo~k access to
the shopping center. We would not have re-developed this area knowing good
access to the shopping center would later be removed with the cities consent.
The city of Ramsey induced us to re~develop this area into a shopping center
by offering us a low interest rate loan. There will be a substantial impact on
the businesses in the shopping center should the proposed median be
approved.

There are no imminent traffic problems that warrant this action at this time
and, therefore I must ask the City of Ramsey' and Anoka County to delay the
proposed median until NINDot acquires our property for the expansion of
Hwy 10.

Sincerely,
