CASE # a <br />ADOPT RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />LOTS 1 AND 1A, BLOCK 1, EBONY ADDITION <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />Staff has negotiated a Development Agreement with RDC Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited <br />Liability Company (Cullinan Rigging). As a part of the transaction, the city is to convey title to: <br />Lots 1 and 1A, Ebony Addition to RDC Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company. <br />On June 12, 2007 the City Council introduced an ordinance to authorize the sale. That ordinance <br />will be adopted on June 26, 2007. A resolution is necessary to adopt to complete the sale of Torrens <br />property. <br />Recommendation: <br />Staff recommends adoption of the proposed Resolution. <br />Council Action: <br />Motion to adopt Resolution No. 07 -06 _ which is an ordinance authorizing the sale of : Lots 1 <br />and 1A, Block 1, Ebony Addition to RDC Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability <br />Company. <br />Review Checklist: <br />Community Development Director <br />CC:06.26.07 <br />—117— <br />
