CASE # 84 <br />ADOPT ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF <br />LOTS 1 AND 1A, BLOCK 1, EBONY ADDITION <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Sean M. Sullivan, Economic Development Coordinator <br />Background: <br />The City of Ramsey is currently negotiating a TIF agreement with RDC Properties, LLC, a <br />Minnesota Limited Liability Company. As a part of the transaction, the city is to convey title to: <br />Lots 1 and 1A, Block 1, Ebony Addition, Anoka County, Minnesota to RDC Properties, LLC, a <br />Minnesota Limited Liability Company. On June 12, 2007, the City Council introduced an <br />ordinance to authorize the sale.
