Abstain: Commissioner Brauer. <br />Case 44: Public Hearing - Request for an Amended Conditional Use Permit for <br />Armstrong Kennels; Case of Charles Delaney <br />Chairperson Nixt closed the regular portion of the Planning Commission meeting at 8:31 p.m. in <br />order to call the public hearing to order. <br />Public Hearing <br />Chairperson Nixt called the public hearing to <br />Assistant Community Development Director Froli ong Kenne Ffkated at 8404 <br />161 Avenue, just west of Armstrong Blvd. The pr e a -1 Residential.
