8. That the Applicant wishes to construct an additional 1200- square foot accessory building to be used for storage of equipment used by the kennel operation and the annual Game Fair. 9. That the proposed building will bring the total of accessory buildings on the property to 10, for a total square footage of 13,768 square feet. 10. That City Code allows 12,000 square feet of accessory buildings per 40 acre parcel for residential uses. 11. That the Subject Property is approximately 80 acres in size. 12. That the additional storage building will not be unduly dangerous or detrimental to persons residing or working in the vicinity of the use, or to the public welfare. 13. That the additional storage building will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment or market value of any of the surrounding properties. 14. That the additional storage building will be maintained so as to be harmonious and appropriate in appearance with the existing or intended character of the general vicinity and will not change the essential character of the area. 15. That the additional storage building will not be hazardous to existing or future neighboring uses. 16. That the additional storage building will not be disturbing to existing or future neighboring uses. 17. That the additional storage building will not impact essential public facilities and services, such as highways, streets, police and fire protection. 18. That the additional storage building will not create excessive additional requirements at public cost for public facilities and services and will not be detrimental to the economic welfare of the community. 19.
