Councilmember introduced the following resolution: <br />RESOLUTION 407 -06 -_ <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN AMENDED CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT TO CHARLES H D A E N L O ANEY RE TO�MAIN� MAINTAIN COMMERCIAL URE ON ONE (1NL <br />OPERATION AND MORE OT <br />OF RECORD. <br />WHEREAS, Charles Delaney (Permittee) has properly applied for an amended <br />Conditional Use Permit (Permit) on the property generally known as 8404 161 Avenue N.W. <br />and legally described as follows: <br />The Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and the Northeast Quarter of the <br />Southwest Quarter of Section 17, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br />(the "Subject Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on June 7, 2007, conducted a public hearing <br />and recommended City Council approval /denial of the request. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. This amended Permit shall supersede and replace the Permit approved by the City <br />Council on November 13, 1990. <br />2. This Permit shall be perpetual in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein <br />are complied with. <br />3. The Permitted uses on the site shall be limited to a commercial dog and cat kennel <br />operation, residential uses, and annual Game Fair per separate CUP. <br />4. A total of four (4) residential structures (2 permanent dwelling units, 1 employees' <br />quarters, and 1 summer cabin) and ten (10) accessory structures shall be permitted on <br />the subject property. <br />5. Expansion to more than four (4) residential structures on the subject property shall be <br />prohibited unless the subject property is platted and subdivided in accordance with <br />City Code. <br />6. The addition of accessory structures for personal or business use shall be in <br />accordance with City Code and with regard for possible future subdivision of the <br />property, and shall require an amended CUP. <br />—178— <br />
