Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 07-06- A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY RESOLUTION 99 -04 -067, BASED ON FINDINGS OF FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council originally adopted Resolution No. 99 -04 -066 adopting Findings of Fact #0489 for this use and herein approved the Conditional Use Permit subject to the following conditions; and; WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 07 -06- , adopting Findings of Fact # , amending the original permit to read as written below. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: On April 27, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ( "CUP ") was issued by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") to Jeffrey Sigler ( "Permittee ") for an overage in total accessory building square footage on the property generally known as 17151 Baugh Street N.W. and legally described as follows: That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, Range 25, lying southwesterly of the Southwesterly Right -of -Way Line of Anoka County Right -of -Way Plat No. 33 and lying southerly of the Southerly Line of the North Half of said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Anoka County, Minnesota; except road; subject to easement of record. ( "Subject Property ") And On June 26, 2007, the CUP was amended to allow the construction of an additional building on the subject property. This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of this permit are as follows: 1. That this resolution shall allow for the construction of a 9,840 square foot storage building ( "Structure') on the Subject Property, resulting in a total allowable accessory Resolution #07-06 - Page 1 of 3 —199—
