Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 07-06- <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />ORIGINALLY APPROVED BY RESOLUTION 99 -04 -067, BASED ON FINDINGS OF <br />FACT # AND DECLARING TERMS OF PERMIT TO EXCEED THE TOTAL <br />AMOUNT OF ACCESSORY BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council originally adopted Resolution No. 99 -04 -066 <br />adopting Findings of Fact #0489 for this use and herein approved the Conditional Use Permit <br />subject to the following conditions; and; <br />WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council adopted Resolution No. 07 -06- , adopting <br />Findings of Fact # , amending the original permit to read as written below. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />On April 27, 1999, a Conditional Use Permit ( "CUP ") was issued by the City of Ramsey ( "City ") <br />to Jeffrey Sigler ( "Permittee ") for an overage in total accessory building square footage on the <br />property generally known as 17151 Baugh Street N.W. and legally described as follows: <br />That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 7, Township 32, <br />Range 25, lying southwesterly of the Southwesterly Right -of -Way Line of Anoka County <br />Right -of -Way Plat No. 33 and lying southerly of the Southerly Line of the North Half of <br />said Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Anoka County, Minnesota; except road; <br />subject to easement of record. <br />( "Subject Property ") <br />And <br />On June 26, 2007, the CUP was amended to allow the construction of an additional building on <br />the subject property. <br />This permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 and 9.11.02 of the Ramsey City Code. The <br />conditions of this permit are as follows: <br />1.
