TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT AGREEMENT <br />This Agreement is dated June,�2007 and is by and between Gerald D. and Leann <br />F. Beach, husband and wife ( "Grantor ") and the CITY OF RAMSEY, a municipal corporation <br />organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota ( "Grantee "). <br />Whereas, Grantor is the owner of real property located in Anoka County, Minnesota, and <br />legally described as follows: <br />Lot 5, Block 1 Greenland Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Whereas, the Grantee desires a 10 foot temporary construction easement described as <br />follows: <br />The south 10 feet of Lot 5, Block 1 Greenland Hills, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Now, therefore, it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as follows: <br />(1) Temporary Construction Easement: To expire 60 days after Temporary <br />Construction Easement is signed. <br />(2) Lawn: To be restored to the condition prior to construction <br />(3) Trees: Two trees 1 "- 2" diameter trees planted at location grantor marks <br />with a stake. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Landowners have caused- this agreement to be <br />executed as of the day and year first above written. <br />-363 <br />
