Absent: Board Members Brauer and Nixt. <br />PUBLIC HEARINGSBOARD BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Request for a Variance from Rear Yard Setback Standard for <br />Telecommunications Tower in Alpine Park; Case of T- Mobile USA <br />Assistant Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik stated T- Mobile has submitted a <br />variance application to construct a telecommunications tower with reduced rear yard setbacks in <br />Alpine Park.. There are some engineering issues to be worked out, and the applicant has <br />requested to table the case until the month of June. Staff recommends continuing the public <br />hearing to June and tabling action on the variance. <br />Motion by Board Member Levine, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to table the request <br />for a variance from rear yard setback standard for telecommunications tower in Alpine Park until <br />such a date that the conditional use permit is reexamined; Case of T- Mobile USA. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Levine, Trites Rolle, <br />Cleveland, and Hunt. Voting No: None.
