Staff recommends the Commission convene and <br />formally adjourn the public hearing, and accept the applicant's withdrawal of the application. <br />Citizen Input <br />There was none. <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Commissioner Levine, to close the public hearing. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Commissioners Levine, Cleveland, Hunt, Trites <br />Rolle, and Van Scoy. Voting No: None.
