CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2007, at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Members Absent: Councilmember David Elvig <br />Also Present: Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />Attorney Thomas Bray, Briggs and Morgan <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order, at 5:41 p.m. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Eminent Domain Proceedings with Regard to Ramsey Crossings <br />City Attorney Goodrich stated the purpose of this closed session meeting is to discuss the City of <br />Ramsey vs. 5A Partnership I, Minnesota Partnership et. al.; District Court File No. C1 -06 -2093. <br />He advised this meeting can be closed to have an attorney /client privileged meeting to discuss <br />strategy with regard to that particular action. <br />The special City Council meeting was recessed to closed session at 5:42 p.m. The closed session <br />of the City Council was adjourned back to the special City Council meeting at 6:20 p.m. <br />MAYOR, COUNCIL AND STAFF INPUT <br />None. <br />Special City Council / June 5, 2007 <br />_36_ <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
