Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Human Resources Manager Givonm Reed Kone <br />Assistant Community Development Director Sylvia Frolik <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 6:46 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was amended to include Case No. 1. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) Commercial/Industrial Performance Standards <br />Mayor Gamec stated the Council agreed to follow through with the performance standards, <br />which he basically agrees with, but he wants the City to clean up their own back yard too and be <br />an example. <br />Assistant Community Development Director Frolik indicated staff's intent is to send out the <br />letter included- in the Council's packet. When this was discussed at the work session on May l ", <br />the Council was adamant that the enforcement of performance standards be applied uniformly in <br />all of the commercial and industrial districts. The intent of the-letter that has been drafted is to <br />inform all of the property owners of the recent City Council discussions about required <br />performance standards as it relates to enforcement.
