<br />Councilmernber <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-07-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT #xxxx RELATING TO A <br />REQUEST FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO ALLOW FOR ANTENNA FOR <br />RADIO OPERATIONS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Milestone Radio, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a conditional use permit to construct an accessory building exceeding the amount of <br />allowed accessory building space on property legally described as follows: <br /> <br />Unit 101, 102, and 103, CIC No. 242 Ramsey Condo, together 'with common <br />element, Subject to easement of record, A110ka County, Mimlesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />NO'V THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TmS CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKACOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA that the fmdings of fact relating <br />to the request are determined to be as follows: <br /> <br />1. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning Commission for a public hearing pursuant <br />to Ramsey City Code on July 11, 2007, and that said public hearing was properly advertised <br />and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />2. That the Subject Property is zoned B-2 Business. <br /> <br />3. That the site cUlTently has a 7,200 square foot Common Interest ConIDlunity (CIC) office <br />building. <br /> <br />4. That the Applicant has submitted a site plall to construct an eighty (80) foot radio antenna and <br />six (6) foot diameter satellite dish on the subject property. <br /> <br />5. That a lattice design antelIDa, rather than a monopole, is required in this instance in order to <br />send a direct signal to a broadcast tower. <br /> <br />6. That the proposed use will/will not result in adverse effects on the public health, safety, and <br />welfare of the residents of the City. <br /> <br />7. That the proposed use will/will not adversely inlpact traffic in the area. <br /> <br />8. That the proposed use will/will not be unduly dangerous or otherwise detrimental to persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity of the use or to the public welfare. <br /> <br />9. That the proposed use will/will not substantially adversely impair the use, enjoyment, or <br />market value of any surrounding property. <br /> <br />8 <br />
