<br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07..;07-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />TO MILESTONE RADIO TO CONSTRUCT A RADIO ANTENNA IN THE B-2 <br />BUSINESS DISTRICT AND DECLARING TERMS OF SAME: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Milestone Radio, hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant," has properly <br />applied for a Conditional Use Pennitto construct radio antemla on the subject property legally <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />Unit 101, 102, and 103, CIC No. 242 Ramsey Condo, together with common <br />element, Subject to easement of record, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br /> <br />("Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July II, 2007 conducted the <br />public hearing and recommended City Council approval of the request, Virith <br />contingencies. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TillS CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1. Based on Findings of Fact #XXXX, a Conditional Use Permit ("Permit") to construct a radio <br />antenna is hereby granted to Milestone Radio, referred to as the "Permittee". <br /> <br />2. That the Permit only applies to the antenna and satellite dish that is indicated on the site plan <br /> <br />3. That the antenna shall not exceed eighty (80) feet in height and three (3) foot base. <br /> <br />4. That the satellite dish shall not exceed six (6) feet in diameter and mounted at ground level. <br /> <br />5. That the proposed antenna shall be constructed and maintained in accordance with all <br />applicable Staff Review letters, approved site plans, City Code, and Unifonn Building Codes, <br /> <br />6. That this Permit shall be perpetual in duration as long as the terms are herein complied with, <br /> <br />7. That the Permittee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and <br />enforcing this Permit. <br /> <br />8. That the City Administrator, or hislher designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br />for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />1 1 <br />
