<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 12,2007 at the Ramsey <br />Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Ass't Community Development Dir/HRA Executive Dir. Sylvia Frolik <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br /> <br />Mayor Ganlec called the regular meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 7:05 p.m., <br />followed by the Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilmember Dehen. <br /> <br />Boy Scouts Austin Gordon and Austin Cooper from Troop 204 recited the Boy Scout Oath and <br />stated they are present for their Citizenship in the Community Merit Badge. <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec stated the things learned in the Boy Scouts Vvill come in handy in life; it is a great <br />organization. <br /> <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Mr. Robert Bovvtan, local business owner of Champlin Towing, Inc. located at 14300 Sunfish <br />Lake Boulevard, stated he was here at a past meeting requesting anRFP and he has not received <br />one. He understands that North Star Towing submitted an RFP, but Champlin Towing has not <br />had an opportunity to submit an RFP.
