<br />Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-07-xxx <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ISSUANCE OF AN INTERIM USE PERMIT TO <br />THE CITY OF RAMSEY PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT ALLOWING THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF A TEMPORARY WELL HOUSE STRUCTURE ON THE <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 15050 ARMSTRONG BLVD NW,BASED ON FINDINGS <br />OF FACT #_; AND DECLARING THE TERMS OF SAME. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City of Ramsey Public Works Department, hereinafter referred to as <br />I1Applicant," properly applied to the City of Ramsey (the IlCity") for an Interim Use Permit to <br />place a temporary wooden well house structure on the same parcel as the existing Fire Station #1 <br />for an interim period oftime on the property generally known as 15050 Armstrong Blvd NW and <br />legally described as follows: <br /> <br />THE E 466 FT OF N 466 FT OF SEl/4 OF SE1I4 OF SEC 20 T\VP Y 32 RGE 25, EX RD, <br />SUBJ TO EASE OF REC <br /> <br />(the "Subject Property") <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission met on July II th, 2007 to review the request for <br />an Interim Use Permit to place a temporary well house constructed of wood frame on the Subject <br />Property for an interim period of time and conducted a public hearing. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council met on July 24th, 2007 to review the request for an Interim <br />Use Permit to place a temporary well house constructed of wood frame on the Subject Property <br />for an interim period of time. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKACOUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />This Permit is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 (Interim Use Permits) of the Ramsey City <br />Code. The conditions of this Permit are as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the Permittee shall be allowed to install and utilize a temporary, well house on the <br />Subject Property effective upon the date of City Council approval and expiring five (5) years <br />from the date of City Council approval, July 24th, 2012. <br /> <br />2) That the Permittee shall adhere to all State Fire and Building Codes regarding the installation <br />and utilization of the temporary well house structure constructed of wood frame materials. <br /> <br />3) That the Permittee 'is required to obtain a building permit for the temporary well house. <br /> <br />4) That this Permit shall not be considered modified, altered, changed or anlended in any respect <br />unless in writing and signed by the City and the Permittee. <br /> <br />5) That the City shall have the right to inspect the premises for compliance and safety purposes <br />at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />78 <br />
