Ct. <br />App.2007) <br /> <br />NORTH CAROLINA (04/03/07)-Hunter o~lled property in the <br />town of Surf City. After surveying the property and determining <br />that his plan met all zoning requirements, Hunter submitted an <br />application for a building permit to the town.
