COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />Case #1: Application for Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License; Case of Casey's <br /> General Store <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:13 p.m. in order to <br />conduct the public hearing. <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Presentation <br /> <br />City Administrator Schroeder stated that Casey's General Store at 14131 Sunfish Lake <br />Boulevard NW has properly applied for a non-intoxicating malt liquor license. <br /> <br />Citizen Input <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public <br />hearing. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Haas Ste££en and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />The public hearing adjourned at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Council Business <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:13 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the <br />application for non-intoxicating malt liquor license for Casey's General Store. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Garnet, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Haas Steffen and <br />Zimmerman. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Case #2: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct Accessory Structures <br /> Prior to the Principal Building; Case of Hansen Tree Farm <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City received an application fi.om David Hansen for a <br />conditional use permit (CUP) to construct accessory structures prior to a principal building on <br />the Hansen Tree Farm property. Such property is generally located on the south side o£ 155th <br />Avenue at about Traprock Street.
