COUNCIL BUSINESS/PUBLIC HEARING Case #1: Application for Non-Intoxicating Malt Liquor License; Case of Casey's General Store Mayor Gamec closed the regular portion of the City Council meeting at 7:13 p.m. in order to conduct the public hearing. Public Hearing Mayor Gamec called the public hearing to order at 7:13 p.m. Presentation City Administrator Schroeder stated that Casey's General Store at 14131 Sunfish Lake Boulevard NW has properly applied for a non-intoxicating malt liquor license. Citizen Input None Motion by Councilmember Beahen and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to close the public hearing. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Beahen, Beyer, Haas Ste££en and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. The public hearing adjourned at 7:13 p.m. Council Business Mayor Gamec called the regular portion of the City Council meeting back to order at 7:13 p.m. Motion by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember Beahen to approve the application for non-intoxicating malt liquor license for Casey's General Store. Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Garnet, Councilmembers Beyer, Beahen, Haas Steffen and Zimmerman. Voting No: None. Case #2: Request for a Conditional Use Permit to Construct Accessory Structures Prior to the Principal Building; Case of Hansen Tree Farm Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City received an application fi.om David Hansen for a conditional use permit (CUP) to construct accessory structures prior to a principal building on the Hansen Tree Farm property. Such property is generally located on the south side o£ 155th Avenue at about Traprock Street. The Hansen Tree Farm, managed by absentee owners, has City Council/May 27, 1997 Page 5 of 22
