CASE # G <br />• CONSIDER CONFIRMATION OF DIRECTION GIVEN AT CLOSED MEETING <br />By: William K. Goodrich, City Attorney <br />Background: <br />On June 5, 2007, the Council met in closed session to consider various issues relating to the <br />pending eminent domain litigation in Anoka County District Court titled: City of Ramsey vs. 5A <br />Partnership I, et al which is district court file no. C1 -06 -2093. The meeting was closed pursuant <br />to the attorney - client privilege exception to the open- meeting law, Minn.
