WHEREAS, after considerable discussion in closed attorney - client meetings, the City Council <br />has concluded that it is unable to successfully achieve the public purpose of a redevelopment program <br />for the Subject Property as more fully described in the 2006 Resolution and the City's eminent domain <br />Petition filed in the eminent domain action described above. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br />1. That the City Council finds that it is no longer necessary to acquire the Subject Property. <br />2. That the City Attorney is directed to file with the District Court a dismissal of the pending <br />eminent domain proceedings in accordance with procedures established by Minnesota.
