• ORDINANCE #07 -XX <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE, WHICH CHAPTER IS <br />KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND SECTION OF THE <br />CITY CODE. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.50.30 ENTITLED SUBDIVISION <br />DESIGN STANDARDS <br />The City of Ramsey ordains: <br />SECTION 1. AUTHORITY <br />This ordinance is adopted pursuant to and under the authority of the charter of the City of <br />Ramsey. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENTS <br />• Section 9.50.30 subdivision 3 (a) shall be amended to read as follows: <br />Subd.3. Streets <br />a. All right -of -way widths shall conform to the following minim <br />dimensions: <br />Classification <br />Right -of -Way <br />Major & Minor Arteri als <br />(State & County highways) <br />120 feet, except for those segments for <br />which different right -of -ways are <br />specified in the City Comprehensive <br />Plan. <br />Collector (MSA) <br />80 feet <br />Rural Residential (Minor) <br />66 feet <br />Urban Residential (Minor) <br />60 feet <br />Cul -de -sac (Urban) <br />60 feet radius <br />Cul -de -sac (Rural) <br />65 feet radius <br />Service <br />60 feet <br />A triangle formed by having a dimension of 20 feet from the intersection <br />• point of intersecting right of way lines shall be dedicated to accommodate <br />a safe vision zone at each intersection. <br />-151- <br />
