PERSONNEL COMMITTEE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Personnel Committee conducted a regular meeting on Tuesday, June 12, 2007, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Chairperson David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Also Present: Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Human Resources Manager Givonna Reed Kone <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Management Intern Timothy Gladhill <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Chairperson Jeffrey called the regular meeting of the Personnel Committee. to order at 5:33 p.m. <br />CITIZEN INPUT <br />There was none. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />Chairperson Jeffrey indicated Case No. 2 will be handled before Case No. 1. <br />Motion by Chairperson Jeffrey, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to approve the agenda as <br />amended. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Jeffrey and Councilmember Olson. Voting No: <br />None. Absent: Councilmember Dehen. <br />COMMITTEE BUSINESS <br />Case #2: Request for Authorization for a Voluntary OSHA Workplace Safety <br />Consultation <br />Human Resources Manager Reed Kone stated periodically, the Compliance Division of the <br />Minnesota Department of Occupational Safety and Health conducts unannounced inspections of <br />Personnel Committee / June 12, 2007 <br />Page 1 of 5 <br />
