CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a special meeting on Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at the <br />Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Also Present: Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />City Attorney William Goodrich <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the special meeting of the Ramsey City Council to order at 5:01 p.m. <br />COUNCIL BUSINESS <br />Case #1: Eminent Domain Proceedings with Regard to Ramsey Crossings <br />City Attorney Goodrich announced the following discussions for closed session: City of Ramsey <br />vs. 5A Partnership I, Minnesota Partnership et. al.; District Court File No. C1 -06 -2093 <br />Motion by Councilmember Olson, seconded by Councilmember Look, to adjourn the special <br />session into closed session. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Olson, Look, Dehen, Elvig, <br />Jeffrey, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br />The special City Council meeting was adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m. The closed <br />session of the City Council was adjourned back to the special City Council meeting at 5:46 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Olson, to adjourn the meeting. <br />Special City Council / June 26, 2007 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br />
