CITY COUNCIL WORK SESSION <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />The Ramsey City Council conducted a City Council Work Session on Tuesday, June 26, 2007, at <br />the Ramsey Municipal Center, 7550 Sunwood Drive NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br />Members Present: Mayor Thomas Gamec <br />Councilmember John Dehen <br />Councilmember David Elvig <br />Councilmember David Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Matt Look <br />Councilmember Mary Jo Olson <br />Councilmember Sarah Strommen <br />Also Present: Interim City Administrator Heidi A. Nelson <br />Finance Officer Diana Lund <br />Assistant Finance Officer Sandy Carlson <br />Public Works Director Brian Olson <br />Community Development Director Patrick Trudgeon <br />Fire Chief Dean Kapler <br />Police Chief James Way <br />Mr. Ken Malloy, MMKR <br />Mr. Doug Fischer, Anoka County Engineer <br />Mr. Joe Weaver, TKDA <br />Mr. Curt Kobilaresik, Anoka County Project Manager <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Gamec called the City Council Work Session to order at 5:12 p.m. <br />APPROVE AGENDA <br />The agenda was approved as submitted. <br />COUNCIL TOPICS FOR DISCUSSION <br />1) . Auditors Presentation <br />Finance Officer Lund stated Mr. Ken Malloy from the auditing firm of Malloy, Montague, <br />Karnowski and Radosevich (MMKR) is present to go over the Management Report, which is a <br />brief summary of the City of Ramsey 2006 Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). <br />Mr. Ken Malloy, MMKR, provided an overview of the City of Ramsey 2006 .
