Council Business <br />Mayor Gamec called the regular City Council meeting back to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Councilmember Elvig stated he has questions regarding the site plan <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan indicated the site plan is attached as part of the <br />development agreement and will be part of this document. <br />Councilmember Elvig stated this seems like a worthy business and the size of the building is <br />advantageous. He is concerned about buildings being built too big now; this building is on the <br />upper end, but will be a salable and marketable building. <br />Motion by Councilmember Elvig, seconded by Councilmember Jeffrey, to authorize a business <br />subsidy agreement with O'Cullinan Properties, LLC, a Minnesota. Limited Liability Company, <br />and to authorize execution of a development agreement with O'Cullinan Properties, LLC, a <br />Minnesota Limited Liability Company, contingent upon review by the City Attorney. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Elvig, Jeffrey, Dehen, Look, <br />Olson, and Strommen. Voting No: None. <br />Case #3: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Sale of Lots 1 and 1A, Block 1, Ebony <br />Addition Anoka County, Minnesota <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan advised the proposed resolution needs to be <br />adopted and recorded at the County. <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Resolution <br />#07 -06 -150 authorizing the sale of. Lots 1 and IA, Block 1, Ebony Addition to RDC Properties, <br />LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Strommen, Elvig, Dehen, Jeffrey, <br />Look, and Olson. Voting No: None. <br />Case #4: Adopt Ordinance Authorizing the Sale of Lots 1 and IA, Block 1, Ebony <br />Addition <br />Economic Development Coordinator Sullivan stated this ordinance was introduced on June 12, <br />2007 and is eligible for adoption. <br />Motion by Councilmember Strommen, seconded by Councilmember Elvig, to adopt Ordinance <br />No. 07 -10 authorizing the sale of.
