<br />WHEREAS, ,a Parking Plan was also developed as an exhibit to the Parking <br />Improvement Use and Maintenance Agreement that allocated a share of structured parking to <br />the various uses proposed in the Parking Maintenance Area established in the Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the apartment site is located in Area 8 of the Parking Plan and up to 80 <br />spaces were allotted in the ramp for 40 residential units; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council granted preliminary site plan approval to the ACCAP <br />Apartment project in Town Center on June 13,2006. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, COUNTY OF ANOKA, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby expresses its intent to dedicate and <br />specifically identify and reserve a minimum of 40 parking spaces in the Municipal <br />Parking Ramp for the exclusive use of the ACCAP Town Center Apartment Project on <br />Lot 2, Block 1, Ramsey Town Center 5th Addition. <br /> <br />2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby grants a one year extension to June <br />13,2008 for the preliminary site plan approved for the ACCAP Town Center Apartment <br />project. <br /> <br />That the motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Strommen <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Look <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution #07-06-138 <br />Page 2 of3 <br />
