<br />Councilmember Elvig introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-03-074 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE RESIGNATION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL <br />POLICY BOARD MEMBER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as of December 2006 there were two vacancies on the EPB; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mark Anderson was appointed to a two-year term filling one of the <br />vacancies; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Anderson resigned from the EPB effective February 9, 2007. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby accepts the resignation of <br />Environmental Policy Board Member mark Anderson. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Olson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Olson <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />
