<br /># <br /> <br />Council member Strommen introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #07-06-150 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF LOTS 1 AND lA, BLOCK 1, EBONY <br />ADDITION <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved a Tax Increment Financing Agreement (the "TIF <br />Agreement") with O'Cullinan Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company, (the <br />"LLC") on June 26, 2007; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the TIP Agreement requires conveyance of the land to legally described as <br />LOTS 1 and lA, BLOCK 1, EBONY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota to the LLC <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Ramsey, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota as follows: . <br /> <br />LOTS 1 AND lA, BLOCK 1, EBONY ADDITION, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />may be sold pursuant to the terms and conditions of the June 26, 2007 Contract for Private <br />Development between the City of Ramsey, A Minnesota municipal corporation and O'Cullinan <br />Properties, LLC, a Minnesota Limited Liability Company and that the City's Mayor and Interim <br />City Administrator are authorized to execute the necessary documents to convey said title. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Elvig, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec <br />Councilmember Strommen <br />Councilmember Elvig <br />Councilmember Dehen <br />Councilmember Jeffrey <br />Councilmember Look <br />Councilmember Olson <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following abstained: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br />
