The property <br />is zoned R-l Residential. Lord of Life church used to occupy the buildingonthe property before <br />they built their new church south on Nowthen Blvd. In 1991, the City Council issued a <br />Conditional Use Permit to Carol Lublin to occupy the . vacant building with her secretarial <br />service, other professional offices, and daycare services. Ms. Lublin is now looking to expand <br />the building to accommodate a new daycare facility and a small deli; to add a deli requires an <br />amendment to the existing CUP. <br /> <br />The following items are enclosed for your information: <br /> <br />a.
