BUSINESS PARK 95 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD <br />CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> ANOKA COUNTY <br /> STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> <br />The Business Park 95 Architectural Review Board conducted a meeting on Thursday, May 1, <br />1997, at the Ramsey Municipal Center, 15153 Nowthen Boulevard NW, Ramsey, Minnesota. <br /> <br />Members Present: <br /> <br />Board Member Benjamin Deemer <br />Board Member David Kent <br />Board Member Ken Wagner <br /> <br />Members Absent: <br /> <br />Board Member Jim DeLalley <br />Board Member Dean Sundquist <br />Board Member Bradley Thorud <br /> <br />Also Present: <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Sylvia Frolik <br /> <br />CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Board Member Ken Wagner called the meeting of the Business Park 95 Architectural Review <br />Board to order at 5:37 p.m. <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />The consensus of those present was to approve the agenda as submitted. <br /> <br />BOARD BUSINESS <br /> <br />Case/ti: Request for Site Plan Approval; Case of Julian Johnson <br /> <br />Zoning Administrator Frolik stated that the City has received a request for site plan approval <br />from Julian Johnson to construct a 48,000 square foot multi-tenant office, manufacturing and <br />warehouse building in the Business Park 95 4th Addition. She stated that the plan is deficient of <br />a lighting and waste storage plan but it does meet all other covenants under the Business Park 95 <br />Architectural Review Board. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Deemer and seconded by Board Member David Kent to approve the <br />proposed site plan for Julian Johnson contingent upon providing an acceptable lighting and waste <br />storage plan. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Board Members Deemer, Kent, and Wagner. Voting No: None. <br />Absent: Board Members DeLalley, Sundquist, and Thorud. <br /> <br /> <br />
