One directional sign. facing a rear parking lot. Permitted Si2ns in TC-2 Districts: <br />I <br /> <br />1. Wall, Canopy or Marquee Si2ll. Total sign area may not exceed <br />fifteen percent (15%) of the front building facade. At least fifty <br />percent (50%) of the signage area must be placed on the measured <br />wall with remaining signage area. if desired. distributed on any other <br />wall or walls. Sign heillht shall not exceed the top of the parapet <br />wall or. if no parapet wall. sign height shall not exceed the height of <br />the eaves. The grOSS surface area of a wall. canopy or marquee sign <br />may be increased by ten percent (10%) if such wall sign: <br /> <br />1. Consists only of individual. outlined alphabetic. nunleric <br />and/or symbolic characters without background except that <br />provided by the building surface to which the sign is to be <br />affixed; and <br /> <br />11. Illumination. if anv. is achieved through shielded <br />illumination. shielded silhouette lighting. or shielded spot <br />lighting but not any lillhting where the light source is visible <br />or exposed on the faee or sides of the characters. <br /> <br />119 <br />
