<br />9.12.06 <br /> <br />Town Center Zoning Districts. Signage in this district is allowed as prescribed <br />in this subdivision. When this section conflicts with other Sections of City Code, <br />this Section prevails. <br /> <br />a. Signs within the TC-l, TC-3, TC-4 and TC-5 Districts: <br /> <br />1. Wall-mounted or painted signs, provided the following standards <br />are met: <br /> <br />1. The sign shall be affixed to the front fa9ade of the building, and <br />shall project outward from the wall to which it is attached no <br />more than six inches. <br /> <br />11. The area of the sideboard shall not exceed five percent of the <br />ground floor building fa9ade area or 24 square feet, whichever <br />is less. <br /> <br />iii. The height of the lettering, numbers, or graphics shall not <br />exceed twelve inches. <br /> <br />IV. The sign shall be granted to commercial uses occupying the <br />ground floor of buildings facing public streets only and shall <br />not be allocated to other uses. <br /> <br />v. Limited to one sign per business. <br /> <br />2. The area of signboard shall not exceed five percent (5%) of the <br />ground floor building fa9ade area. <br /> <br />3. Wall-mounted building directory signs identifying the occupants of <br />a commercial building, including upper story business uses, <br />provided the following standards are met: <br /> <br />1. The sign is located next to the entrance. <br /> <br />11. The sign shall project outward from the wall to which it is <br />attached no more than six inches. <br /> <br />iii. The sign shall not extend above the parapet, eave, or building <br />fa9ade. <br /> <br />IV. The area of the signboard shall not exceed three square feet, <br />with each tenant limited to one square foot. <br /> <br />137 <br />
