<br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Staff is concerned "With the impacts that the County Road improvements will have on a <br />retail-type activity. The City Council has heard the negative impacts that the installation <br />of raised medians can have on retail uses in the discussion about Sunfish Commons and <br />the retail at Bunker Lake Boulevard and TH 47. However, the County's requirement to <br />install right-inlright-out only turning movements on both access vvill provide a reasonable <br />expectation to any user of the property. <br /> <br />In general, it has been expressed by the Planning Commission and City Council that B-1 <br />Business uses are appropriate at this location.
