<br />Chairperson Nixt asked if the grass and trees would have to be irrigated on the outside of the <br />fence. <br /> <br />Assistant Community Development Director Trudgeon indicated they would. He also noted the <br />fence would be required to be built vvith the finished side out so the neighbors will see the <br />fInished side. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt suggested they include some plantings on the outside of the fence, whether it <br />be trees or shrubs. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Brauer to adopt Resolution #04-11- <br />345 adopting Findings of Facts favorable to the applicant relating to a request for a variance to <br />bufferyard requirements in the E-1 Employment District on Outlot A, Regency Pond. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Brauer, Shepherd, and Watson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Jeffrey, Johnson and Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Shepherd to approve the request for a <br />variance to bufferyard requirements for the property known as Outlot A, Regency Pond based on <br />the Findings of Fact and adopt Resolution #04-11-346 declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Nixt, Board Members Shepherd, Brauer, and Watson. <br />Voting No: None. Absent: Board Members Jeffrey, Johnson and Van Scoy. <br /> <br />Chairperson Nixt stated that in addition he would direct Staff to make a recommendation to the <br />City Council that the site plan be revised to provide some type of trees or shrubs on the exterior <br />of the fence. . <br /> <br />BOARD INPUT <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Chairperson Nixt, seconded by Board Member Brauer to adjourn the meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried.
