<br />15. That if granted, the variance wilVwill not impair an adequate supply of light and air to <br />. adjacent property. <br /> <br />16. That 'if granted, the variance will/will not be materially detrimental to the purposes of this <br />Chapter or other property in the same zone. <br /> <br />17. That if granted, the variance will/will not increase the danger of fire or endanger the public <br />safety . <br /> <br />18. That if granted, the variance will/will not unreasonably diminish property values in the <br />neighborhood. <br /> <br />19. That if granted, the variance wilVwill not unreasonable increase congestion in the public <br />streets. <br /> <br />20. That if granted, the variance will/will not violate the intent of the Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />21. That, if granted, the variance will/will not grant the Applicant any special privileges that are <br />denied to othero\vners of land in the same district. <br /> <br />22. That undue hardship will/will not result if the variance request is denied due to the existence <br />of special conditions and circumstances which are peculiar to the land and which are not <br />applicable to other lands in the same district. <br /> <br />23.
