<br />Board Business <br /> <br />Chairperson VanScoy called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 8: 15 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to adopt Resolution <br />#07-06-134 adopting Findings of Fact #0795 favorable to a request from PSD, LLC, and Anoka <br />County, for a variance to maximum front yard setback from street right-of-way in the TC-3 Sub- <br />District of Town Center. <br /> <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Nixt, Trites Rolle, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Levine. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to approve the request <br />for a variance to maximum front yard setback from street right-of-way for the Anoka County <br />Medical Examiner facility in the TC- 3 Sub-District of Town Center based on the findings of fact, <br />and adopt Resolution #07-06-135 declaring terms of same. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Nixt, Trites Rolle, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Levine. Voting No: None.
