CITIZEN INPUT <br /> <br />Thomas Williams, 5180 - 152nd Lane NW, said he thought the accessory structure was being <br />proposed to house automobiles. He indicated concern regarding automobiles parked on the <br />Kuemper's property in the past and inquired where they would be stored if the accessory building is <br />used to house animals. <br /> <br />Mr. Kuemper stated the accessory building will house both automobiles and horses. He indicated <br />intentions of constructing a garage at a later time. <br /> <br />Mr. Williams inquired if a cement slab would be constructed to park cars unable to be stored within <br />the accessory building. Mr. Kuemper confirmed that a slab would be poured. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Board Member Holland, seconded by Board Member Bawden, to close the public hearing <br />at 7:10 p.m. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting yes: Chairperson Deemer, Board Members Holland; Bawden, Jensen, <br />LaDue, Terry, and Thorud. Voting no: None.
