Recommendations <br /> <br />Based on its review of the current level of economic development housing, and <br />community development programs and services provided by existing agencies, <br />existing gaps in programs and services, and the capacity and ability of existing <br />agencies to expand their activities; the Anoka County Econc:imicDevelopment <br />Exploratory Committee submits these recommendations to the Anoka County <br />Board of Commissioners for its consideration: <br /> <br />Recommendation 1: Authorize the Anoka County HRA to operate as an EDA <br />under Minnesota Statutes Sections 469.090 to 469.J081, noting that none of the <br />COlinty's general government subdivisions exercises plamling and development <br />control beyond its boundaries.
