paving projects: County Road #5 trail - Elementary School to Sunwood Drive, Trunk Highway <br />#47 - River's Bend #4 to Amber Ridge, 153rd - Municipal Campus to County Road #5, Lake <br />Itasca Trail from Park terminus to 153rd, AEC Park Trail and the Ramsey Business Park Trail. <br /> <br />Councilmember Zimmerrnan wondered if the Ramsey Business Park Trail is a good investment. <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to <br />recommend Council authorize bidding trails one through five but deleting the Ramsey Business <br />Park Trail from the paving requests. <br /> <br />Further discussion: Councilmember Haas Steffen suggested that staff could seek AEC's interest <br />in enhancing their pond in an educational manner. <br /> <br />Amendment by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Haas Steffen to <br />add that staff is directed to talk with Anoka Electric Cooperative to determine if they have an <br />interest in enhancing their pond in terms of education. <br /> <br />Amendment carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Haas Steffen, <br />Beahen and Beyer. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Haas Steffen, <br />Beahen, and Beyer. Voting No: None. <br /> <br />ADJOURN <br /> <br />Motion by Councilmember Zimmerman and seconded by Councilmember Beyer to adjourn the <br />meeting. <br /> <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Zimmerman, Beyer, Beahen and <br />Haas Steffen.
