Penalties and costs of abatement <br />procedures shall be imposed according to the Rates and Fee Schedule duly established and <br />adopted annually by Ordinance <br />SECTION 4 SUMMARY <br />The following official summary of Ordinance #07 -09- has been approved by the City <br />Council of the City of Ramsey as clearly informing the public of the intent and effect of the <br />Ordinance. <br />This Ordinance #07 -09- replaces the existing nuisance section in City Code, eliminates <br />separate sections for weeds and condition of premises regulations, and adds significan t <br />enforcement mechanisms for the City to adequate address City Code violations. <br />SECTION 5 EFFECTIVE. DATE <br />The effective date of this ordinance is thirty (30) days after its passage and publication, <br />subject to City Charter Section 5.07. <br />—217- <br />
