It is the intent and effect of Ordinance #07 -XX to amend Ramsey City Code Chapter 7 <br />(Licensing & Permits) Section 7.07 (Music Festivals) to establish the dates of days and hours <br />during which an outdoor music festival may be conducted. <br />SECTION 4.
