such services, provided that the Ramsey City Council and the Burns Town Board <br />have first agreed upon the hourly rate for such services. <br />Burns shall pay Ramsey $6,416.00 as administrative costs covering the Fire Chief and <br />other administrative components of operating the Fire Department. Burns shall make <br />quarterly payments to Ramsey of the Administrative fee set out in this paragraph. <br />The Board shall have the power to modify amount of administrative costs set out in <br />this paragraph from year to year as it deems necessary. <br />K. Burns shall contribute to Ramsey's Fire Relief Association fund $3,600.00 as its <br />share of the Fire Relief Association fund costs (based on the per firefighter amount <br />currently paid by Ramsey times the expected firefighters to be stationed at the Burns <br />Fire Station. The Board shall have the power to modify the amount of Fire Relief <br />Association funds set out in this paragraph from year to year as it deems necessary. <br />L. Burns shall annually pay Ramsey the difference in Worker's Compensation insurance <br />between the amount Ramsey. would pay if the fire personnel assigned to the Burns <br />Station were not included in Ramsey's Worker's Compensation insurance coverage <br />and the amount Ramsey is paying with the fire personnel assigned to the Burns <br />station included in Ramsey's Worker's Compensation insurance coverage. The <br />Board shall have the power to modify the amount of Worker's Compensation <br />insurance set out in this paragraph from year to year as Ramsey's Worker's <br />Compensation insurance premiums change. <br />6. INSURANCE/LIABILITY <br />A. Ramsey shall purchase and keep in force the following insurance during the term of this <br />Agreement: <br />Worker's compensation coverage in at least the minimum amount required by <br />law on all fire personnel within its fire department. Ramsey waives the right <br />to bring any claim against Burns for any workers' compensation benefits paid <br />to its own employee or volunteers or their respective dependants, event if the <br />injuries were caused wholly or partially by the negligence of Burns or its <br />officers, employees, or volunteers. <br />ii Liability insurance covering acts of Ramsey's fire personnel, and all <br />automobile and fire /rescue trucks used by the Fire Department in an amount <br />not less than the maximum municipal liability limits for damage to property, <br />and injury and death to persons contained in Minn. Stat. 466.04 as amended <br />from time to time as well as any other insurance required by law. <br />iii All such insurance policies shall name Burns as an additional insured. Proof <br />of such insurance shall be supplied to Burns annually. <br />B.
