Now and Then Estates Street Improvements <br />City Engineer Jankowski reported that John Peterson of Oakwood Land Development has <br />indicated that at this point redevelopment of Now and Then Estates would be a long range issue. <br />Public Works Director Olson indicated the next step would be to sit down with the property <br />owners to get a feel for where they are. There have not been complaints.
