Board Business <br />Chairperson Van Scoy called the Board of Adjustment meeting back to order at 8:15 p.m. <br />Motion by Board Member Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to adopt Resolution <br />#07 -06 -134 adopting Findings of Fact #0795 favorable to a request from PSD, LLC, and Anoka <br />County, for a variance to maximum front yard setback from street right -of -way in the TC -3 Sub - <br />District of Town Center. <br />Motion Carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Nixt, Trites Rolle, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Levine. Voting No: None. Absent: None. <br />Motion by Board Member Nixt, seconded by Board Member Trites Rolle, to approve the request <br />for a variance to maximum front yard setback from street right -of -way for the Anoka County <br />Medical Examiner facility in the TC -3 Sub - District of Town Center based on the findings of fact, <br />and adopt Resolution #07 -06 -135 declaring terms of same. <br />Motion carried. Voting Yes: Chairperson Van Scoy, Board Members Nixt, Trites Rolle, Brauer, <br />Cleveland, Hunt, and Levine. Voting No: None.
